In Wales, there are 60 Members of the Senedd. 40 Members are constituency representatives, covering the same local constituencies as Westminster MPs. The remaining 20 are regional Members, representing one of the five regions in Wales.

Each member of the electorate is represented by 5 Members, one for the constituency where they live, and 4 for their region.

Constituency Members are elected using a first-past-the-post system, whilst regional Members are selected using the Additional Member System.
